Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws (pursuant to § 7 para. 1 of the German Digital Services Act - DDG). The "Responsible for content" notice above refers exclusively to this self-created, editorial content (such as the FAQ or "About" page).

We are not the content-responsible party for content generated by our users (e.g., server names, server descriptions). As a host provider (according to §§ 8 to 10 DDG), we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of violations, we will remove this content immediately.
